Tasting Zone

If each castle has its own history, the best way to express it is in the bottle. Terroir, vintage and human work form the very identity of a wine, which it is good to discover and rediscover over time.
In this section, you will find the tastings carried out during property visits, but also those carried out during professional tastings, as well as those made in private settings. Each comment will illustrate how I felt about the wine at the time of the tasting. A score out of 100 will be attributed to it, here is my scale:
- Score of 100/100: Extraordinary wine
- Score between 96 to 99/100: Exceptional wine
- Score between 90 and 95/100: Excellent wine
- Score between 86 and 89/100: Very good wine
- Score of 84 or 85/100: Good wine
- Score less than 84: Unsatisfactory wine
Of course, each note associated with his comment is my own.
To date, this page is only for Bordeaux wines, with the aim of extending it to other regions in the coming months.
